PendoTECH TFF Process Control System is an economical solution that adds automation and data collection to a Cross Flow Filtration (or Tangential Flow Filtration - TFF) Process.
Our system includes:

• Recipe based control of entire concentration and diafiltration process with multiple options for automated diafiltration end point (filtrate weight, conductivity, pH, air in feed line, total flow)
• Pressure measurement and calculation of trans-membrane pressure (TMP) and delta-P with disposable pressure sensors (also available with pressure smoothing and stainless steel pressure transducers)

• Flow measurement with disposable inline rotary flow meter including flow totalizing
• Process control via integration of industry standard-customer supplied scales and peristaltic pumps
• Conductivity and pH probe inputs with software calibration routines (conductivity transmitter with temperature display) and inputs available for other probes/sensors with 4 - 20 milliamp outputs
• Other options include outputs for external valve control and alarms outputs
• Real-time data output to Excel for both data recording and graphing
• Pressure alarm set-points that will shut down the system
• Available with IQ/OQ templates
