Basic stand-alone process control systems with many choices of inputs and outputs available. A system can be quickly customized for your application! The system can integrate and control scales, pumps, single use pressure sensors (12 or more), stainless steel pressure transducers, automated tubing pinch valves, bubble detectors, liquid sensors, mixers, sonicators, chromatography systems and more! Our standard products can be customized also such and interfacing our TFF Process Control System with a chromatogrpahy system such as AKTA.
We use the GAMP frame work for a customized systems project and we can deliver IQ/OQ templates. |

Control components:
Includes up to DC relay outputs, digital inputs, analog inputs, RS232 serial input ports for scale(s) and RS232 or RS485 serial ports for data. Compatible with pumps, pinch valves, scales, pressure sensors (stainless or single use sensors), flow meters (disposable and other), conductivity probes, pH probes (via BNC connector), proximity switches, level sensors, liquid sensors, bubble detectors, and more. Dozens of inputs and outputs possible! Embedded control:
- User can modify parameters but not program
- Data output via serial port, no data stored on system. Data can be logged to Excel or other software.
